Sunny Chemicals Co. Ltd. was founded by Mr. T. K. Cheung in the 60s. In the early years, we are recognized as a prominent and leading wholesaler and distributor in Hong Kong for day care products imported from Japan, China and Taiwan. We also partnered with other China enterprises and exported their products to the international market.

In the 80s, Sunny Chemicals expanded the business to the food industry and formed ATSON (HK) Co. Ltd., a subsidiary specialized in food additives and specialty fats. The rise of China provides new business opportunities in both chemicals and food. We began operating in China and set up branch office in Shanghai and Shenzhen to better serve our customers.
